Orders confirmed before 3pm are available to dispatch via Lalamove on the same day.
We do not dispatch orders on Sundays. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on the next working day.
Your selected delivery date will be confirmed with you before dispatch. This is normally 3–5 days after you place your order. For customised and corporate orders, delivery timelines may vary depending on the order quantity and production schedule.
Yes. You may let us know your preferred delivery date through WhatsApp when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your requested date, subject to availability.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your delivery address. Changes may not be possible once your order has been dispatched.
Yes. You may send us your delivery addresses through WhatsApp when placing your order. Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the number and location of the addresses.
